403B Retirement Plan
 
The Wesley House pension plan is one of the most lucrative and generous benefits offered by any employer in the Florida Keys.  This plan allows new employees to contribute immediately upon hire.  Upon the completion of one year of service, employees are eligible to receive a 6% match with only a 3% personal contribution and may sign up for the benefit during one of two open enrollments per year.  Vesting is 100% and immediate! 
 
Tuition Reimbursement
 
We encourage all of our employees to continue their education.  Wesley House will reimburse an employee as much as $1,000 per employee per fiscal year for qualifying tuition.  Restrictions on course work and grade performance standards do apply for this benefit.
 
Child Care Assistance
 
Our child care assistance program promotes a family friendly benefit designed to help working parents.  Full time and eligible part time employees receive a reimbursement of up to $25.00 per week per child staying with a licensed or registered child care program.
