Wesley House Family Services provides Aetna Healthcare Benefits to all full time and eligible part time employees; the agency contributes 80% of the employee premium cost while the employee is responsible for the remaining 20%. Wesley House Family Services provides Compbenefits dental insurance to all full time and eligible part time employees; the agency contributes 80% of the employee premium cost while the employee is responsible for the remaining 20%. The Compbenefits Dental Insurance offered is one of the best in the Florida Keys.
AFLAC
A wide variety of AFLAC products are available to Wesley House employees at a discounted group rate. The premiums are paid entirely by the employee and this benefit is portable should the employee leave Wesley House.
Domestic Partnership
Wesley House recognizes the importance of a committed family relationship; domestic partners may be eligible for Health and Dental benefits.
