Inclusion Warm Line 1-877-595-5437, ext. 235, or 305-809-5000, ext. 235

This toll-free phone number has been established to provide technical assistance and training throughout Monroe County to child care providers and family day care homes to assist parents and benefit children birth to age five who have concerns of their child’s developmental progress or suspect possible delays in development.   Developmental concerns can be observed while in the child care setting and involve both child care center and parent participation.  They are generally based on Ages & Stages Questionnaires and Battelle Developmental Inventory Assessments.  In the event that a true developmental delay is confirmed, an individual improvement plan is established to further improve the child’s development.  Also, a referral is made to the age appropriate agency in coordination with child care center and parent involvement.

If you have a concern about one of your children, the Wesley House Inclusion Specialist is available to talk with you about technical assistance (TA) and can provide an on-site TA visit including observation of your child any where in Monroe County.    This visit will be followed-up with appropriate screening and assessment tools to further assess your child.
