Dee is a veteran Case Manager with Wesley House and he believes that this is the most important fund we have because the money is used for the children he works directly with. “I see the needs everyday working with the foster care children. I want to help raise funds, put a smile on their face, and let them know we care”, Dee said with a smile and eyes bright.

Brooke is a new Case Manager for Wesley House and she wants to ensure that every child in foster care in Monroe County experiences the joys of childhood, is provided stability, and given hope and faith. “I want all children in foster care to their future is bright and the opportunities are endless”, Brooke says resoundingly.

I want our foster children to have the opportunity to just be kids. Normal kids. Whether its hitting a home run, sticking a landing, or mastering that pirouette, our foster kids shouldn’t have to miss a season because of something out of their control.

Paul is interested in helping children. This Conch Republic Foster Care Fund is consistent with his efforts in raising money for organizations such as The United Way, and The Children’s Miracle Network where he runs a golf tournament.

Pier House Resort & Spa Supports Wesley House

March 17, 2014, Key West, FL - Wesley House Family Services recently received a $2,000 donation from the Pier House Resort & Spa.
The monies from the donation - a result of Pier House GM Joe Dantoni being named Resort Manager of the Year by Remington Hotels - will be used to purchase items for foster children that are not covered by state funding.  These items enable foster children to better cope during what is a difficult transition time in their lives.
The Pier House has been a long-time supporter of Wesley House, our programs and our families, stated Wesley House Board Chairman Bryan Green.  It is with continued gratitude that we accept this generous donation.
Aside from the donation, the Pier House consistently adopts a family during Christmas time, as well throughout the year, to assist them with the expenses of raising a child.
