Paid Time Off
All full time and part time employees are eligible to receive Paid Time Off (PTO) after completion of their first 90 days of employment. Vacation, sick and personal time are in one PTO package.
PTO Schedule:
0-2 years of service 18 days per year
2-5 years of service 27 days per year
5 or more years of service 30 days per year

Holiday Paid Time Off
Wesley House employees receive a total of 12 paid holidays during the fiscal year. All employees are eligible to receive holiday pay. Please note the holiday schedule may vary from year to year.
Happy Birthday
Wesley House employees will receive an extra paid day off on or near their birthday. We recognize that this is your special day and we wish you many happy returns.
