Our Amazon Florida Keys Holiday Helpers list
Holiday Helpers is a massive, Keys-wide toy drive that benefits six nonprofits with a goal of 2500 new toys. The toy drive is organized by Wesley House Family Services. We do this so that each agency is not doing their own individual toy drives, and to make it cohesive for the public.
For 2023, the toys will be shared with Wesley House, Early Learning Coalition, SOS Foundation,
Kids Come First, The Guidance Care Center, and Samuel’s House.
We have two different avenues for collecting toys.
- Paper “ornaments” with an age and gender – to purchase a more specific gift.
- Our Amazon Florida Keys Holiday Helpers list. Amazon Gift List
The goal is to collect 2500 new, unwrapped toys by December 1st. Our toy drive runs during October and November. Why so early? We need time to sort and organize the toys for each agency. Each nonprofit will pick up their toys on December 6th and will need time to distribute to their own clients. December is busy and time flies for sure!
- You and your employees can take a specific number of ornaments and purchase gifts for a specific age and gender.
- You can offer to host a “Mingle & Jingle” toy drive at your business.
- You can purchase gifts from our Amazon Charity list at Amazon Gift List
All gifts will be sent directly to Wesley House Family Services. - You can donate to the Holiday Helpers fund at www.WesleyHouse.org/donate
Even one toy makes a difference, they all add up! Whatever you or your business can do this year is greatly appreciated. We know that inflation is causing a strain on our Keys’ families and we are already seeing the increase in the need for toys this year so that our children can experience the joy of Christmas and the holidays!
