BIG DAY!!! Yesterday, Elizabeth was adopted by her foster parents, after 24 months in the dependency system. "Elizabeth has grown into such a happy, smiling, very talkative and very active little girl who adores her family," said Wesley House Adoption Supervisor Lindsey Betterman. "Her family is true testament how simply loving a child, being patient with them and supportive of them can have such a positive impact on a child’s outcome."
